Since formation in 1986, Saltash have resisted the pressures of ‘turnover building’, concentrating on delivering quality reinforced by continuous reinvestment. Still under the ownership and direction of active original founder Richard Raymond, we believe that specialisation, dedication, durable relationships and reliable delivery are as essential now as they were more than 30 years ago

Saltash have developed a deeply embedded culture of client – contractor collaboration, with a large proportion of our business remaining within key, long term, strategic contracts and frameworks.

We have successfully developed a diverse range of contracts across various sectors including: social housing, arts and culture, schools, universities, historic estates, central and local government.
