Part of an ongoing working relationship with the City of London, Saltash were invited to undertake a highly-demanding and tightly-controlled program of refurbishment to business premises at 105-109 Bishopsgate.

Beginning with the removal of redundant power equipment, accessories, and cabling, our work then encompassed a comprehensive upgrade or rewire of all major electrical systems – including lighting, fire alarms, and small power – as well as an overhaul of the building’s roof and windows.

Working to a demanding six-week schedule, and ensuring continuity of business for occupants, we then completed a comprehensive internal refurbishment of offices and the common area.

This complex project was extensively pre-planned; Saltash delivered all works according to a transparent, phased mobilisation strategy.  All key performance indicators were met, and work was completed in just six weeks.
